Easton, PA $22-$23/hour Immediate opening for a Temporary Administrative Assistant to provide professional front office and administrative support for a corporate office environment. This position is ideal for a highly organized, dependable individual who enjoys interacting with people and supporting day-to-day business operations.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact by answering phones, greeting visitors, and providing excellent customer service Manage visitor coordination and maintain a professional reception area Provide general administrative support including document preparation, filing, scanning, copying, and data entry Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents Assist with scheduling, office communications, and administrative projects Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries Support employee-related administrative processes and documentation Maintain office supply inventory and coordinate with vendors as needed Assist with meeting preparation and company events Maintain accurate records, logs, and internal documentation Process administrative requests and invoices using internal systems Provide support to various departments as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required 2+ years of administrative, office support, or receptionist experience preferred Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional, friendly, and customer-focused demeanor Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to handle confidential information appropriately Self-starter who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment #
