Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in supporting daily office operations, managing correspondence, and ensuring efficient workflow across departments. Duties Manage and supervise front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization Receive, sort, and distribute mail/deliveries Schedule resident transportation to and from appointments and update calendar Provide customer support through effective communication and problem-solving Maintain resident safety, confidentiality, and privacy in accordance to HIPAA Handle HR tasks, such as build and organize new hire paperwork, assist with new hire orientation, and assist with scheduling needs. Assist with new admissions Assist with monthly and quarterly resident audits and statements mailing Qualifications Proven experience in an office environment with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently Ability to work unsupervised Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with both management team and employees Must be able to carry 25 pounds

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
