We are a small, close-knit, 25-bed memory care community seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate individual who wants to become a licensed Personal Care Home Administrator. This is a unique opportunity to receive hands-on training and mentorship from a seasoned administrator while working as an Assistant Administrator and completing the requirements necessary to pursue your administrator's license. You do not need to already be an administrator. We are looking for the right person—someone with heart, energy, strong people skills, and the desire to learn.

- This is not a position where you will sit on the sidelines and simply observe.
You will receive practical, hands-on experience in the daily operation of a personal care and memory care community, including resident care, staffing, regulatory compliance, family communication, admissions, marketing, and community outreach. You will learn what it takes to lead a personal care home while making a meaningful difference in the lives of residents living with memory loss and the families who depend on us. Because we are a smaller community, you will have the opportunity to know our residents, families, and employees personally—and to see the direct impact of your work every day.
- Responsibilities Will Include
- Working closely with and receiving mentorship from an experienced administrator
- Assisting with the daily operation of our 25-bed memory care community
- Building warm, trusting relationships with residents, families, employees, and referral partners
- Helping create a positive, energetic, and welcoming atmosphere
- Marketing the community to hospitals, rehabilitation centers, physicians, case managers, placement agencies, and other referral sources
- Conducting tours and following up with prospective residents and families
- Developing relationships within the local healthcare community
- Supporting admissions, staffing, scheduling, employee development, and resident services
- Learning Pennsylvania Personal Care Home regulations and compliance requirements
- Participating in administrator training and working toward Personal Care Home Administrator licensure
- Bringing new ideas and enthusiasm to help our community grow
