A legacy we continue to treasure and take inspiration from today. We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Third-Party Administration (TPA) team in the Indiana, PA area. This position provides professional administrative support to the TPA team including: Filing, scanning and mailing. Processing and balancing daily checks. Performing enrollment maintenance and verification. Preparing reports or forms and assisting with special projects, as needed. Monitoring and ordering supplies. Occasionally backing up reception which includes answering phones and greeting visitors. To be successful, the Administrative Assistant must: Develop and maintain a regular schedule and an organized system for filing, scanning and completing tasks. Analyze and process information with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Draft correspondence and respond promptly and professionally as they interact with other departments, clients, and participants being serviced. Follow established procedures for processing and comply with company privacy and security policies and procedures related to the handling of protected and confidential information.
REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to remain highly organized, prioritize and multi-task, good time management skills. Initiative and strong work ethic with the ability to work successfully as a member of a team and independently with moderate supervision. Professionalism (flexible in dealing with change; friendly, respectful, and cooperative when dealing with all internal and external contacts; and the ability to maintain composure even under difficult or stressful circumstances).
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
