Job Title:
Administrative AssistantJob Description This temporary position is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Customer Experience team, with a primary focus on high-volume, accurate data entry and spreadsheet management using Microsoft Excel. The role also involves document management, digital filing, and general office support. Responsibilities + Perform high-volume, accurate data entry in Microsoft Excel, including sorting, filtering, and formula-based calculations. + Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy before submission. + Import and upload completed Excel files into other company software systems. + Sort, organize, scan, and file paper and electronic documents; maintain organized digital filing structures. + Provide general administrative support to the Customer Experience team, including preparing reports, spreadsheets, and other documents. + Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department. + Assist with customer communications and general office support as needed. + Order office supplies and support additional administrative projects as assigned. Essential Skills + Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formula filters, navigating tabs, and using the copy-paste function. + Office/Admin experience in any industry. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Work Environment The position is located within a manufacturing facility, where you will work in an office environment. Working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. The dress code is business casual; jeans are not permitted on the first day. Observe the team's attire for guidance on comfortability moving forward. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Lancaster, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
