My client is seeking a highly organized and proactive
SENIOR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
to provide advanced administrative support to senior leaders and project teams. The ideal candidate will serve as a key partner in managing daily operations, coordinating communications, maintaining schedules, and supporting business objectives through exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, managers, and project teams. Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and arrange travel accommodations. Prepare, review, and distribute correspondence, reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and other business documentation. Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, agendas, materials preparation, and follow-up actions. Maintain confidential information and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive matters. Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication. Assist with budget tracking, expense reporting, procurement requests, and invoice processing. Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems to ensure compliance with company standards and record retention requirements. Support onboarding activities, training coordination, and personnel-related administrative functions. Develop and improve administrative processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Coordinate special projects and provide administrative leadership across multiple business functions. Perform other duties as assigned to support operational and business objectives.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of progressive administrative support experience, preferably supporting senior-level leadership. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
