Maintain organized filing systems, process documents, and perform proofreading to ensure clarity and accuracy. Support calendar management and scheduling for team members or executives, coordinating appointments and meetings efficiently. Assist with bookkeeping duties using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to track expenses and invoices. Provide clerical support through word processing, document preparation, and phone communication with clients or vendors. Manage office supplies inventory, coordinate office management tasks, and ensure the workspace remains organized and welcoming. Requirements Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry tools. Excellent communication skills with a professional phone etiquette; bilingual abilities are a plus. Demonstrated computer literacy with technical proficiency in office management software such as QuickBooks. Prior experience working at a front desk or as a medical/dental receptionist is highly desirable. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with attention to detail, proofreading skills, and customer support experience.
