Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative and project support to the Vice President of Student and Campus Life.
Coordinate workshops, trainings, events, and initiatives that support student engagement, retention, and an inclusive campus environment.
Manage calendars, communications, records, and special projects while serving as a professional point of contact for students, faculty, staff, and external partners.
Assist with planning and execution of campus programs, meetings, and departmental initiatives.
Support cross-functional collaboration among various campus departments and stakeholders.
Help maintain efficient office operations while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
Experience in administrative coordination, project management, student services, higher education, nonprofit, or similar environments.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and overall comfort learning new technology platforms.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to changing priorities.
Professional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse populations.
