Job Description
The Pike County Prothonotary is accepting applications for the position of Clerk. Clerk position with additional duties within the different departments. Provide information and assistance to the public. Assist with processing of incoming and outgoing mail. Answer telephone; provide guidance and assistance to the caller, or schedule appointments. Aid the public operating the public terminal computer. Index and scan old and new document filings. Prepare required forms to be sent to various state offices. Assist the public with marriage license applications; process the licenses. Work in a friendly team environment to ensure fluidity between departments. Interact with other county offices to provide clarification; work together to create new solutions.
