About Keystone Sports Construction Keystone Sports Construction is one of the largest athletic facility builders in the United States, specializing in the design and construction of high-performance sports venues for schools, universities, and municipalities. Our projects include synthetic turf fields, running tracks, tennis courts, sports lighting, facility amenities, and comprehensive maintenance services. Job Summary We are seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support across multiple departments, including Human Resources and Finance as well as other business functions as needed. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to various departments based on business needs Prepare, organize, and maintain electronic and paper files Enter and maintain accurate data in company systems and spreadsheets Assist with document preparation, reports, and correspondence Assist with Human Resources functions such as processing employee records, and other support Support the Finance department with various administrative tasks Help coordinate employee events and communications Assist with general office organization Coordinate special projects and complete other administrative duties as assigned Qualifications 2-3 years of administrative, office support, or related experience required Positive, professional, and proactive attitude Proficiency with a computer and with in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality Self-motivated problem solver with the ability to adapt to changing priorities Experience with HR, accounting, or ERP software preferred Flexible team player willing to support multiple departments and learn new processes Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods; occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
