Job Summary We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative coordination, Excel reporting, and project support in a busy professional office environment in Pittsburgh, PA. This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for someone with 1 to 2 years of administrative, office support, or project coordination experience who enjoys keeping information accurate, organized, and on track. - Provide general administrative, clerical, and project support to team members.
- Create, update, and maintain Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, reports, trackers, and records.
- Perform accurate data entry and review information for completeness and accuracy.
- Assist with scheduling, coordination, deadline tracking, and follow-up on outstanding items.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, correspondence, electronic files, and project records.
- Communicate professionally with internal teams and external contacts as needed. Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $20 to $22 per hour.

- Support project coordination, scheduling, deadline tracking, and follow-up activities.
- Prepare and organize documents, electronic files, correspondence, and data records.
- Communicate with team members and external contacts to help keep tasks moving forward.
- 1 to 2 years of administrative, office support, project coordination, or related experience.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills are required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Strong data entry, computer, and recordkeeping skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a busy office environment.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team. Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience supporting project-based teams.
- Administrative experience in construction, engineering, real estate, facilities, or a related professional services environment.
- Experience maintaining trackers, reports, schedules, or project documentation.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced office setting with changing priorities.
