$65,000 to $70,000 Required education: associate or bachelor's degree in business administration, Public Administration, Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.R equired experience:
Five (5) or more years of progressively responsible executive support, administrative coordination, or organizational operations experience. Experience supporting executive leadership, governing boards, or nonprofit organizations preferred. Skills and Requirements Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Zoom, Canva, and CRM/database systems preferred. Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal, project management, and coordination skills. Ability to think strategically, manage multiple priorities, and maintain exceptional attention to detail. Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems, exercise sound judgment, and work independently. Poised and comfortable working with a wide range of people and able to function as a team member. Must be reliable and punctual and adhere to agency confidentiality policy. PA Acts 33/34 and FBI certifiable. Must have reliable access to transportation. Completion of state mandated forty (40) hour victim service training.
