We're two busy professionals who work a lot, and we're looking for someone organized and tech-savvy to help keep our home and work life running smoothly. Our home and our office are right next door to each other, so you'll move between both throughout the day. A cleaning service already handles cleaning and laundry. This role is about keeping everything on track. What you'll do: keep our calendars, appointments, reminders, grocery and household lists up to date. You'll work alongside our AI assistants, sending them updates and following up on what they flag. You'll also make sure we actually get our workouts in, even when we'd rather skip them.

Hands-on help:

follow up on laundry (moving loads along, folding and putting things away), heat up meals, and run errands, including the occasional pet-store trip. Pitch in wherever the week needs it, at home or at the office. You're a fit if: you're tech-savvy (a must), you love dogs (also a must), you're comfortable chatting with AI tools, you're happy to jump in on practical tasks, you're friendly but firm, and you notice what needs doing before anyone asks. 10-20 hrs/week.
