Institute for Public Service and Sponsored Programs (IPSSP) (primary focus) Provost's Office / Academic Affairs (up to 25% of duties) The position is administrative and coordination-heavy, with a strong emphasis on grant support, office operations, and procurement tracking. Key Responsibilities Grant Support (IPSSP) Assist across the full grant lifecycle: search, proposal setup, award processing, and post-award tracking Manage documentation, compliance, and expense routing Prepare announcements and coordinate signatures (DocuSign) Administrative Operations Track documents and budgets Schedule meetings, order supplies, and coordinate logistics Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and communications Maintain databases and assist with website updates Student Research Programs Support undergraduate research grants (fall) and Minds@Work conference (spring) Manage submissions, track funding, and assist with event planning Provost's Office Support (25%) Monitor procurement processes and budget alignment Ensure compliance with purchasing procedures Assist with administrative tasks and process improvements Core Skills Organization, attention to detail, communication, and proficiency with office and data systems.
