Estates Chimney & Fireplace is a growing, established home-service company in Holland, PA, and we're looking for a Administrative Assistant to become an important part of our team. We're looking for someone who enjoys being the person others can count on, someone who sees what needs to be done, takes initiative, stays organized, and follows through. What You'll Do You'll have a diverse and important role supporting both our office and field operations, including: Serve as a friendly, professional point of contact for customers, vendors, technicians, and incoming calls Schedule and coordinate customer appointments, projects, and field technicians Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable and assist with bookkeeping Handle sales tax reporting and other routine financial administration Maintain employee records, assist with HR administration, and administer employee benefits Keep customer, vendor, employee, and company records accurate and organized Coordinate communication between management, office staff, technicians, customers, and vendors Make sure technicians have the schedules, information, and resources they need to succeed Help management with projects and administrative needs Identify problems, find solutions, and jump in wherever needed to keep the business moving We're looking for someone who is:
