Duties Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing calls with professional phone etiquette. Maintain accurate data entry and update records using spreadsheets and productivity software such as Microsoft Office. Assist with office management tasks, including calendar management, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings. Support bookkeeping functions by utilizing QuickBooks for invoicing, expense tracking, and financial record keeping. Handle clerical duties such as proofreading documents, word processing, and preparing reports with attention to detail. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and supporting client communication efforts. Coordinate office supplies inventory, organize files, and ensure the office environment remains efficient and welcoming. Qualifications Proven experience in an office environment with strong computer literacy and technical proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Demonstrated skills in data entry, document proofreading, and managing spreadsheets effectively. Prior experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is highly desirable. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy setting. Strong communication skills, including phone communication and client interaction, with bilingual ability considered a plus. Knowledge of office management procedures, calendar management, and front desk operations. Previous clerical or administrative experience combined with customer service expertise is preferred.
