Administrative Assistant to the Director of Special Education/Curriculum Act 93 - Confidential Position The West Middlesex Area School District is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to serve as Administrative Assistant to the Director of Special Education/Curriculum. This confidential Act 93 position provides administrative support for the district's Special Education and Curriculum offices.
Qualifications include:
Knowledge of special education procedures and regulations preferred Experience with ACCESS billing and purchase order processing Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience coordinating curriculum materials and instructional resource purchasing Ability to establish and maintain positive vendor relationships Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and other technology applications Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills Competitive salary and benefits commensurate with experience.
