Job Description

Yellow Breeches Educational Center is seeking a task-focused individual to assist with office responsibilities, student support needs and experiential field trip opportunities. This role is a unique combination of administrative support and student program support. This role follows a typical school schedule with summers off.
Specific Performance Responsibilities:
Develops and promotes good relations among the school community: parents, staff, administration and other community members. Disseminate and answer all incoming phone calls, emails or faxes to appropriate staff. Greet and coordinate all school visitors for all school programs and staff in a professional and timely manner. Coordinate lunch program for the school building which includes documentation of records and serving. Ensure all mailings are completed for teachers, and staff by designated guidelines. Collect, file and disseminate all information in regards to new students. Maintains office and classroom supply inventory, ordering and inventory. Assist Program Coordinators with attendance and health records. Helps with proper supervision of students to ensure safety and an orderly instructional environment. Assists in planning and, as needed, attending weekly experiential field trips Strong computer skills required as well as interpersonal and teamwork involvement.
