About Us At Retro-Cade , we bring classic gaming memories back to life and craft new custom experiences by hand. We build high-quality, custom arcade cabinets for homes, businesses, and venues. Every cabinet we ship represents craftsmanship, quality, and nostalgia and we take immense pride in delivering top-tier builds to our clients. Position Overview We are looking for a Hands-On Shop Team Lead who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and lead by example. In this role, you will be deeply involved in the daily physical assembly of our custom arcade cabinets while leading a small, dedicated shop team. You will be responsible for ensuring production stays on schedule, maintaining strict quality control standards, and making sure every build that leaves our shop is done right. If you have a strong mechanical or woodworking aptitude, fanatical attention to detail, and a track record of keeping projects and people moving efficiently, we want to hear from you.
