This leadership position plays an important role in supporting the administrative functions of our Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) program. IBHS serves children who need individual therapeutic assistance , with a focus on delivering comprehensive, individualized, and behaviorally focused treatment that supports children in reaching their potential across the home, school, and community settings. We are seeking applicants with a strong foundation in human services , solid administrative and organizational skills , and the ability to help maintain effective day-to-day program operations. In this role, duties include but are not limited to: Orient new staff to company policy and procedures Maintaining program order for licensing purposes at all times Maintain day to day administrative operations of the program Supervise/evaluate/assist with hiring for positions within your office Review and sign off on all treatment plans Provide interagency meetings Oversee the processing of client intakes and discharges Assign cases to employees EOE #PCSPriority Pay $47,000/year Degree Requirement Bachelor's Degree Working Hours 40 Hours per week Job Status Full Time
