Community & Events Coordinator / Administrative Assistant The Relationship Code | San Diego & Los Angeles Part-Time | Approximately 10-15 Hours/Week + Event Weekends Hybrid
•Remote + In-Person The Relationship Code is growing, and we're looking for an exceptional person to become the backbone of our community and events. We lead transformational 3-day relationship experiences designed to help couples rebuild connection, strengthen their marriages, and create thriving, lasting relationships. This isn't just an administrative role. You'll be the liaison between our clients, our community, our leadership team, and our events
•helping people feel supported, cared for, and connected from the moment they join us. We're looking for someone who genuinely believes in love, marriage, family, personal growth, and the power of healthy relationships.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Community & Client Care Be a warm, responsive point of contact for our clients and community Personally check in with participants before and after events Answer questions and make sure clients know what they need to do next Help onboard new participants and ensure forms, payments, information, and event details are complete Follow up with clients who need additional assistance Help manage our community communication and monthly community events Maintain accurate client records and communication inside our CRM Help make every person who enters our community feel genuinely cared for Event Coordination Our live events are a huge part of what we do, and you'll help make sure every detail is handled.
Responsibilities may include:
Maintaining detailed event production checklists and timelines Preparing participant lists, name tags, workbooks, supplies, signage, and materials Coordinating event supplies and ensuring everything arrives on time Preparing and organizing event spaces Coordinating groceries, snacks, meals, and supplies for team Airbnbs Assisting with venue and vendor communication Helping coordinate travel, accommodations, transportation, and team logistics Tracking inventory of event materials, banners, AV equipment, and supplies Supporting registration/check-in and participant needs during events Anticipating what is needed before someone has to ask Some event weekends will require in-person availability in the San Diego area and potentially occasional travel as we expand (Los Angeles and East Coast) Administrative & Executive Support Calendar and scheduling assistance Travel research and booking Organizing documents and Google Drive Managing spreadsheets, lists, forms, and databases CRM management and follow-up Helping create systems and SOPs as we grow Keeping track of deadlines, outstanding tasks, and important details General administrative and personal-assistant support as needed
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You are someone who: Has 3-5+ years of administrative, executive assistant, personal assistant, community management, or event coordination experience Is highly organized and loves creating order Is naturally warm, personable, and excellent with people Has outstanding customer service and communication skills Takes initiative and doesn't need to be micromanaged Notices details other people miss Can juggle multiple responsibilities without letting things fall through the cracks Is comfortable communicating with clients by phone, text, and email Is trustworthy and understands the importance of discretion and confidentiality Is comfortable working independently from home while staying connected with a small team Has a positive, solutions-oriented, "I'll figure it out" attitude Is passionate about personal growth and helping people Is genuinely aligned with our mission of strengthening marriages, relationships, and families
TECHNOLOGY
Experience with GoHighLevel is highly preferred. You should also be comfortable using or learning: Google Drive / Google Workspace CRM systems Zoom Microsoft Word & Excel / Google Docs & Sheets Online scheduling and communication platforms Internet-based business and marketing tools If you haven't used GoHighLevel but are highly tech-savvy and learn new platforms quickly, we're open to teaching the right person.
LOCATION & AVAILABILITY
You MUST be based in North County San Diego or the surrounding area. This is primarily a work-from-home position, approximately 10-15 hours per week , with flexibility in when much of the work is completed. However, availability during most weekdays is preferred because you'll be communicating with clients and supporting an active business. You must also have flexibility surrounding our live events, when additional hours and in-person support may be needed.
