Job Description
Join One of the Hudson Valley's Premier Security Companies Blue Eagle Security is seeking a highly organized, dependable Administrative Assistant to support our growing operations. This hybrid position offers flexibility while playing an essential role in scheduling, payroll support, employee communication, and daily administrative functions. We're looking for someone who is proactive, professional, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries professionally Provide exceptional customer service to clients, employees, and applicants Assist with employee scheduling Support weekly payroll processing Maintain employee records and documentation Respond to emails and administrative inquiries Assist with new hire paperwork and onboarding Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative documents Coordinate calendars and operational tasks Provide administrative support for company events when needed Perform general office duties and special projects as assigned Qualifications Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, Google Workspace) Previous administrative assistant or office experience preferred Experience with payroll and employee scheduling Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Flexible, dependable, and detail-oriented Professional references are required Reliable transportation for occasional in-office meetings and company events Schedule Approximately 25 hours per week Hybrid position Primarily remote Approximately one day per week in our Orange County office Occasional evenings or weekends may be required for company events
