Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Professional to support several key areas of our operations, including administrative support, provider travel coordination, and systems management. The ideal candidate is proactive, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and committed to accuracy and organization. This individual will play an important role in supporting our internal teams and healthcare providers while helping ensure our day-to-day processes run efficiently. Responsibilities Administrative Support Manage and maintain provider information, profiles, and documentation across internal systems and databases, ensuring records are accurate, complete, and up to date Assist with general administrative projects and day-to-day operational needs Travel Coordination Research and book flights, rental cars, and lodging for physicians and advanced practice providers traveling for assignments Coordinate travel arrangements based on provider and assignment requirements Assist with travel changes, cancellations, and other needs as they arise Maintain accurate travel records and documentation Systems Management Manage and maintain various administrative systems, databases, and records Ensure information is entered accurately and kept up to date Assist with data management, reporting, and system-related administrative projects Support internal teams with system and process needs as necessary Qualifications High level of organization with the ability to effectively multitask and manage competing priorities Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and data integrity Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Ability to learn and navigate multiple systems and databases Experience within the healthcare staffing industry is preferred Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare administration, administrative support, and/or travel coordination preferred Benefits Competitive salary Hybrid work schedule Health, dental, and vision insurance with 50% company contribution Unlimited PTO Opportunities for professional development and career growth Collaborative and growing work environment How to Apply If you are a motivated, highly organized individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and supporting both internal teams and healthcare professionals, we encourage you to apply.
