Services include tailored digital marketing campaigns, digital advertising, content development & shoots, AI automation, and web development designed to improve online visibility, increase website traffic, and strengthen online presence. Using advanced analytics tools, the agency continually optimizes campaigns and websites to maximize performance and return on investment for each client. Applicants will join a team of skilled professionals committed to applying the latest technologies and best practices in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Role Description The Administrative Assistant is a full-time, flexible remote role based in the North Nashville Area. In this position, the Administrative Assistant will manage day-to-day office operations, including organizing multiple inboxes, scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, delegating appropriate tasks, and coordinating internal and external communications. Responsibilities include handling phone calls and emails, speaking to clients, organizing digital and physical files, and supporting executives with administrative tasks such as travel arrangements, expense tracking, pick and packing products for shipments and meeting preparation. The role also involves preparing basic reports and documents, maintaining office supplies, and collaborating with team members to ensure smooth workflow across the agency. The Administrative Assistant will be expected to uphold professional standards of organization, accuracy, and confidentiality while supporting a busy digital marketing environment. Qualifications Demonstrated Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including scheduling, inbox organization, document preparation, and records management. Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and team members. Experience providing Executive Administrative Assistance, such as managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and preparing executive-level materials. Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and basic familiarity with digital systems used in marketing or professional services environments. Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. Ability to work on and off-site in the Nashville Area, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate effectively with a diverse team. High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in an administrative role within an agency, marketing, or technology environment is a plus.
