Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our team with a variety of administrative and operational tasks. This role involves working remotely with occasional visits to job sites, ensuring smooth coordination of daily activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer literacy skills, including experience with QuickBooks and job tracking systems, to efficiently manage administrative functions and support project workflows. Responsibilities Manage and maintain accurate records using QuickBooks for invoicing, expense tracking, and financial documentation. Track and update job progress, schedules, and related documentation to ensure timely completion of projects. Coordinate administrative tasks related to multiple job sites, including scheduling visits and ensuring proper documentation. Support the team with data entry, report generation, and document management using various computer applications. Assist in organizing project files, correspondence, and other administrative materials in a digital environment. Communicate effectively with team members and external partners to facilitate project operations. Perform other administrative duties as needed to support daily operations. Experience Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency with QuickBooks and job tracking software. Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple priorities. Experience with project coordination or site visits is preferred but not required. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
