Responsibilities:
Maintain employee records, files, and databases with accuracy and confidentiality. Update employee information, attendance records, and other data in company systems. Assist with posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews. Help process onboarding paperwork, including tax forms and benefits enrollment documents. Support HR policies and administrative procedures. Provide administrative support to various departments, including Marketing and Executive Leadership. Assist with compliance documentation and audits. Maintain confidential employee and company information. Perform general office and administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply. High school diploma with relevant office experience will also be considered. Strong organizational and communication skills. Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks. Experience with DocuSign, HR systems, or online file-sharing platforms is a plus. Healthcare, home care, or HR experience is helpful but not required. Ability to learn new systems and technology quickly. Professional and customer-service focused.

Pay Details:
