full-time Overview We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant with legal experience to support senior?level executives in a highly confidential, fast?paced environment. This is a fully remote role for candidates local to the Bay Area, with the possibility of going on?site if needed. The assignment is expected to last 2-3 months, with the potential to remain open longer. Key Responsibilities Open and maintain legal cases in

with a high level of accuracy Manage multiple Outlook calendars for senior leaders, including meeting coordination and scheduling adjustments Provide administrative support to executive leadership, including SVP?, President?, and CEO?level staff Prepare and organize legal and administrative documents using Microsoft Office tools Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and conference logistics as needed Screen calls, manage email correspondence, and handle sensitive and confidential information Utilize Microsoft Teams and other collaboration tools for daily communication Support document management and case tracking within a legal or corporate environment Perform internet research and prepare reports or presentations as requested Assist with general administrative tasks and collaborate with internal teams as needed Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a law firm or in?house legal environment Basic legal knowledge, including understanding of plaintiff and defendant roles Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, especially advanced calendar management Experience with case management and document management systems (TEAM CONNECT experience a plus) Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams High attention to detail and accuracy, especially when opening and maintaining cases Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion Strong organizational, communication, and time?management skills Comfortable supporting senior executives in large, complex organizations Work Details Fully remote role Must be local to the Bay Area for occasional on?site mail support (infrequent, rotating) Contract duration approximately 2-3 months, with potential extension
