Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and professional Bilingual Administrative Assistant (Spanish/English) to support our private investigation operations and government contracting projects. This is a fast-paced position requiring excellent communication skills, strong computer proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will assist with a variety of administrative, investigative-support, and government-contract-related responsibilities. The position is hybrid , with work performed both at our office in Central Phoenix and remotely. Candidates working remotely must have an appropriate, professional home workstation and reliable high-speed internet. Canidates can work in the office all week if they choose. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support for private investigation and government contract operations. Communicate professionally with clients, investigators, contractors, government-related personnel, and members of the public. Conduct and receive telephone calls in both English and Spanish . Assist with scheduling, case coordination, documentation, data entry, and record management. Prepare, review, organize, and maintain reports, spreadsheets, forms, and other business documents. Assist team members with travel plans. Assist team members with reporting. Track assignments, deadlines, case progress, and required documentation. Assist management with coordinating multiple projects and operational priorities. Maintain accurate and confidential records. Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Perform additional administrative and operational support duties as needed. Required Qualifications Fluent in both Spanish and English , with the ability to communicate effectively by telephone and in writing. Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software and systems quickly. High-level proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent telephone and interpersonal communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to follow established procedures and meet deadlines. Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision . Professional judgment and the ability to handle confidential or sensitive information appropriately. Must be able to successfully pass a background check . Preferred Experience Preference may be given to candidates with previous experience in: Fast-paced business or administrative environments. Private investigations, legal services, compliance, case management, or similar professional services. Federal, state, or local government positions. Government contracting or contractor-support environments. The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) or related federal agencies. Programs or positions involving the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) . Administrative or case-support positions involving significant documentation, scheduling, reporting, or public contact. Government experience is preferred but not required . Bachelors degrees are preferred but not required. Candidates with strong private-sector administrative experience who demonstrate the ability to quickly learn government-contract procedures are encouraged to apply. Work Environment This position offers a combination of in-office and remote work . Regular in-office availability at our Central Phoenix location is required. Remote work is available for candidates who maintain a suitable home workspace, dependable internet access, and the ability to work professionally and securely outside the office. Compensation Starting salary:
$60,000.00+ per year Final compensation may be adjusted based on relevant experience, qualifications, government or investigative experience, Spanish-language proficiency, and advanced administrative or technical skills. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable working in a busy environment where priorities can change quickly. You should be able to receive an assignment, understand what needs to be accomplished, organize your workload, and follow the task through to completion without requiring constant supervision. We are particularly interested in candidates who are resourceful, technologically capable, detail-oriented, professional on the phone, and comfortable managing several responsibilities at the same time. Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency is required for this position. Background check required prior to starting.
Pay:
