Paid Business Operations & Administrative Internship West Valley Volleyball Club (WVVC)Part-Time | Remote |
Flexible ScheduleStipend:
$500-$750/month About the Position West Valley Volleyball Club is looking for a motivated and highly organized individual to join our team as a Paid Business Operations & Administrative Intern. This position is designed for someone who enjoys staying organized, managing multiple responsibilities, communicating with people, and helping keep a growing organization running smoothly. You will work directly with the club director and serve as an additional set of eyes to help manage schedules, deadlines, follow-ups, events, and day-to-day administrative responsibilities. What You'll Do Manage and organize calendars, meetings, calls, practices, tournaments, and events Provide timely reminders for important dates, deadlines, and commitments Maintain a running task and follow-up list Track things that have been discussed or promised and make sure they don't fall through the cracks Assist with player attendance and administrative records Help coordinate meetings, phone calls, and appointments Follow up on outstanding tasks, forms, payments, registrations, and communications Organize documents, spreadsheets, schedules, and other club information Assist with communication between the club, parents, coaches, players, facilities, and vendors Take meeting notes and turn discussions into actionable follow-ups Help prepare for tournaments, events, practices, and other club activities Identify upcoming deadlines or potential conflicts before they become problems Assist with other business and administrative projects as needed What We're Looking For Highly organized and detail-oriented Reliable and dependable Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working independently Proactive and willing to take initiative Comfortable reminding others and following up when something needs to get done Able to manage multiple priorities Comfortable with Google Calendar, Google Drive, spreadsheets, email, and similar tools Professional and trustworthy Previous administrative, business, sports, education, or customer-service experience is a plus The Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who can become a right-hand person for organization and follow-through. If I mention something that needs to get done, the ideal candidate isn't waiting for me to remember it three weeks later. They're keeping track of it, reminding me about it, and helping make sure it gets completed. This is a great opportunity for a college student or recent graduate interested in business, sports management, education, communications, administration, or entrepreneurship to gain hands-on experience working directly with the leadership of a growing youth sports organization.
