Job Summary Charlotte Regional Business Alliance is seeking a dependable, professional, and service-oriented Business Services team member to support daily business operations and client service activities. This role assists with administrative support, customer communication, organization, and maintaining efficient and professional business services. Responsibilities Provide friendly and professional support to clients, visitors, and business contacts. Assist with routine business service and administrative tasks. Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, or in person. Maintain accurate records, documents, and service information. Assist with scheduling, coordination, and general office activities. Prepare, organize, and distribute business documents and materials. Support team members with daily operational needs and assigned projects. Maintain organized work areas, files, and shared resources. Communicate requests and important information to the appropriate team members. Assist with coordinating meetings, appointments, and business activities. Provide timely follow-up on routine requests and service needs. Handle information professionally and maintain confidentiality when appropriate. Follow company procedures, service standards, and workplace policies. Work collaboratively with colleagues to support efficient operations. Perform other business service and administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous business services, administrative, office, or customer service experience preferred but not required. Professional, friendly, and service-oriented attitude. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Good organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively. Comfortable working with computers, email, and common office tools. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team. Pay:
