The Role:
We are seeking a proactive, highly organized Business Support Lead to keep our daily operations running smoothly. In this role, you won't just be answering phones or filing paperwork—you will serve as the operational backbone of our business. You will coordinate scheduling, support project workflows, manage customer communication, track job logistics, and keep our field teams and leadership aligned. Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relations & Intake:
Be the warm, professional first point of contact for homeowners, scheduling free inspections, handling service inquiries, and communicating job timelines clearly.
Project & Schedule Coordination:
Organize field schedules, track project milestones, and coordinate trade crews across roof repairs, replacements, and restoration jobs.
Claims & Operations Support:
Assist with claim documentation workflows, insurance adjuster coordination, and project file tracking for storm damage jobs.
Vendor & Supply Logistics:
Coordinate order pickups, track material deliveries, and maintain clear records of vendor receipts and invoicing.
Office & Process Management:
Keep administrative systems, CRM records, customer estimates, and project contracts organized and up to date.
What We're Looking For:
Proven Support Experience:
2+ years of experience in business support, office management, operations coordination, or executive administrative roles (construction, trade, or real estate environment experience is a plus).
Exceptional Communication:
Clear, professional verbal and written skills. You can build rapport with homeowners and keep trade teams organized.
Tech-Savvy & Detail-Oriented:
Proficient with scheduling software, CRM tools, email, spreadsheets, and basic digital invoicing.
