Job Description
King Cable Construction Corp. is an underground utility construction business and is seeking a Bi-lingual Office Assistant to become a part of our team. Ideal candidates are those seeking a stable and permanent position with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. You will be responsible for the day-to-day business operations for multiple companies, owned and operated by the same President. Responsibilities of the Construction Administrative Assistant role include: Provide administrative and general support Provide reception duties for the office which includes detail-oriented handling of all phone calls managing internal and external customers and timely resolution of service-related matters Handle all COI requests and employee applications Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills Proficient in MS Office Suite, including MS Excel Proficient in Smart sheet Knowledge of the Sunshine 811 locate system Manage workflow and ensuring that deadlines are met and work is completed correctly. Manage employee files. Manage company files to ensure we are in compliance. Build and Generate memos, emails, spreadsheets and reports when appropriate. Respond to questions and requests for information via email. Filing and Scanning. Helping with daily miscellaneous tasks Complete any other job related duties as directed.Requirements:
Must be Bi-Lingual (English & Spanish). Marketing Experience. Associates degree required. Underground utility construction knowledge (preferred) All applicants must submit a resume!Job Type:
