Job Description:

Halco Home Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Home Energy Administrative Assistant to support our growing team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, with a focus on job costing, invoicing, and scheduling. The ideal candidate is analytical, customer-focused, and comfortable working with computers and administrative systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform job costing and track project expenses accurately Prepare and process invoices in a timely manner Coordinate and manage scheduling for projects and team members Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues Maintain organized records and documentation Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Customer service experience with strong communication skills Proficiency with computers and common office software Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Preferred (but not required): Experience in the home energy, construction, or service industry Familiarity with job costing or scheduling software

Work Location & Flexibility:

This position is based on-site in Phelps, NY during the initial training period. Remote work may be considered after training is successfully completed and once the employee demonstrates strong self-direction, reliability, and motivation.
