The LRSC will work to foster a collaborative and respectful environment, supporting compliance, professional development, and job satisfaction in conjunction with the Deputy Executive Director and Executive Director. The LRSC role includes all core responsibilities of a Resident Services Coordinator (RSC), as outlined below, providing direct resident support, coordinating services, while taking on additional leadership responsibilities. Core RSC Responsibilities Implement priority programs and essential activities identified through regular services planning process pursuant to resident's interests and needs.
Current programming includes:
Free or low-cost high-speed internet and other digital inclusion initiatives; Supportive services for residents through the holidays, including Santa to a Senior; and Assistance with various benefit programs, including Medicaid, Medicare, and SNAP Develop and maintain relationships with agencies working with low‐income elderly and/or disabled individuals. Current partnerships include IFCS, Starry, PCs for People, Benefits in Action, Rocky Mountain Food Bank, Englewood Public Library, Malley Recreation Center, and Arapahoe County Health Department. Work closely with property management when a resident is identified as being in jeopardy of eviction or other lease violations and offer service assistance support. Create and edit building-specific newsletters and calendars. Complete weekly participation documentation from resident and program partners through AASC Online. Maintain all reporting requirements set by funders and/or regulatory agencies. Aggregate data to document services provided to residents and outcomes achieved. Attends orientations, trainings, education programs, staff meetings, community meetings, conferences and workshops as requested and applicable to meet the needs of the position. Maintain membership in the American Association of Service Coordinators. Maintain information on relevant referral resources and produce community resource guide for agency use. Pursue avenues for additional funding as applicable through private, local, state, and federal resources for program and resident needs. Organize and help facilitate monthly resident engagement meetings. Maintains confidentiality of resident records and personal information. LRSC Responsibilities Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to service coordinator(s), fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and open communication. Attend bi-weekly meetings with Deputy Executive Director for Property Managers and Service Coordinators for company and property updates, address challenges/concerns, and important announcements. Utilize these meetings to strengthen collaboration, address challenges, and support team development. Conduct monthly (or as needed) one-on-one check-ins with the service coordinator(s) to provide feedback, coaching, and support for professional development. Monitor team compliance with RSC policies, HUD procedures, and service standards by reviewing reports monthly and addressing any issues noted with Deputy Executive Director and/or Executive Director. Assist with interviewing and onboarding new service coordinators as needed. LRSC Qualifications The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Public Administration, Social Work, or related field, and the desire to help families maintain safe and healthy housing. Three or more years of experience working in community service-related field, especially work with seniors and/or adults with disabilities, and 1 or more years of leadership experience is preferred. A combination of appropriate education and experience may be substituted for the minimum requirements. Required Skills Minimum of 3 years of experience in resident services, social services, case management, or a related field; at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role preferred. Familiarity with AASC Online, ROSS Grants, and HUD programs and guidelines preferred, or the ability to quickly learn required systems. Experience reviewing reports, conducting file audits, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational, regulatory, and funding requirements preferred. Ability to analyze data, track outcomes, and prepare reports to support program evaluation and compliance. Strong knowledge of community-based resources and service coordination practices. Demonstrated leadership experience, including staff support, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration. A positive attitude and a stellar work ethic. Experience in working in a goal and performance-oriented atmosphere. Self-starter who possesses organizational and time-management skills. The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. A demonstrated attention to detail. Interpersonal skills with ability to work independently as well as part of a team; Strong verbal and written communication skills. Conflict resolution and mediation skills. An ability to maintain efficiency and accuracy under pressure of deadlines and numerous interruptions throughout the workday. The ability to represent the agency in a favorable light at all times. Knowledge of the service population's cultural and socioeconomic characteristics and the appropriate techniques and practices for the client population. Customer-service oriented with a genuine desire to assist clientele. Proficiency with computer software, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva. Qualifications for

Physical and Environmental factors Incumbent must have the physical ability to run errands that may entail walking short distances. Must have a valid driver's license and personal vehicle with full insurance coverage. Individuals are expected to utilize their own car for daily work-related travel with mileage reimbursement for all miles incurred during service provision. The Resident Services Coordinator will spend at least 25% of their time in the field. Compensation This is a full-time, salaried position. Position comes with a competitive pay range of $67,000 and $72,000 annually and benefits package that includes: Medical and Dental coverage (80% covered by employer), and optional vision coverage, company-paid Long-Term Disability, 401(a) plan with employer match, and access to supplemental insurances through Aflac.
