Job Description:
Are you an experienced office professional who knows how to handle customers, stay organized, and resolve issues without constant direction? Our busy landscaping office is hiring multiple full-time Customer Service Representatives to take ownership of daily customer communication and office support. This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, accurate with data entry, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-based environment. What You'll Do Professionally handle incoming phone calls and customer communications Resolve customer questions and concerns independently, from start to finish Accurately enter and maintain customer and job information in office systems Communicate clearly with customers and internal staff to keep work moving Manage multiple tasks and priorities throughout the day Required Qualifications (Please Do Not Apply Without These) Minimum 3 years of recent office experience in a customer-facing role Demonstrated customer service and issue-resolution experience Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy Confident, professional phone presence Reliable, organized, and able to work independently Position Details Full-time, year-round employment In-office position (not remote) Landscaping / service-industry office Multiple openings available Consistent schedule and steady workload This position is best suited for someone who takes pride in doing the job right, communicating clearly, and handling responsibilities without supervision.
