Ecreativeworks is looking for an Office Coordinator who is hard-working, team-oriented, and a skilled communicator. As the company is currently working remotely. This position is remote but will eventually be a hybrid when we return to an office part-time. This role provides administrative support to the Human Resources function as needed, including but not limited to health and welfare plans, acts as liaison between employees and insurance providers, as well as record-keeping, file maintenance, and data entry. This position is involved with our invoicing and payment processing. This individual must enjoy problem-solving, be proactive, self-motivated, and organized, and will need to take initiative.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
(but are not limited to) Answer phone calls and direct calls Receive and sort mail Makes photocopies; mails, scans and emails documents; and performs other clerical functions Track and order office supplies Provide support to the support team as needed Administers health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes and terminations. Oversee all project and client invoicing and receivables Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions for HR Assist with Onboarding and Offboarding of employees. (I-9, background checks, terminations) Reconciles benefits statements Files documents into appropriate employee files Assists or prepares correspondence as requested. Prepares new-employee files as well as any files needed Performs other related duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Proficient with QuickBooks Strong attention to detail Intermediate-to-advanced Excel experience Outstanding organizational and time management skills Ability to learn quickly Self-Starter Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively Clear and concise written and oral communication Proficient in Microsoft Office Suit Excellent documentation and follow up skills
