Job Description:
Under the direction of the Division Manager or designee, the Operations Administrator provides administrative assistance to Regional Manager, Division Manager, and other divisional staff, including typing, filing, scanning, copying, and file maintenance.
Essential functions include:
Researching and coordinating customer complaints through the CAF system; Acts as insurance liaison for bargained-for and admin personnel; Coordinating bargained-for uniform allotments; and serves as backup for Payroll and assists Safety as needed. Performing other duties as assigned or required.
Qualifications Education:
Must have at minimum a high school diploma or equivalency. Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred.
Experience:
Must have three (3) or more years' progressively responsible experience in an administrative role with a good work record.
Proficiencies:
Must demonstrate strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Must exhibit strong typing skills including speed and accuracy. Must exhibit excellent organizational and math skills, above average verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Must be able to maintain professional composure when confronted with difficult situations; and make quick and accurate decisions.
Physical Requirements:
This role requires sitting for extended periods, typing on a computer, and attending meetings.
Working Conditions:
This position is based in an office setting, with standard office equipment, including a computer, phone, and desk space. This position is not eligible for a hybrid work schedule or remote work. Salary N6
Full Salary Range:
$44,057 - $90,374
Salary Midpoint:
$67,216
Anticipated Starting Salary Range:
