Peronal Support Position

Part time Care giver/Personal support Assistant (Team Support Role) Seeking a dependable, calm, emotionally steady caregiver/personal support assistant to support a therapist with chronic health conditions who works hybrid

• remotely from home on occasion & on site ur dedicated team as a Personal Support Position. This role will work alongside an existing administrative assistant as part of a small support team. The ideal candidate is flexible ,trustworthy, organized and comfortable helping provide continuity and support when scheduling and caregiving needs shift unexpectedly. Schedule Approximately 2/3 days per week
• Fridays are essential
• Possible on call /Additional day Will agree to schedule each week in advance Rotate on call for evening or weekend for emergency only and higher pay Adaptable and dependable Communicate effectively with team members across departments using strong organizational skills to coordinate tasks smoothly.

Qualifications Previous Personal Assistant/Support person a plus Ability to multitask while assessing and anticipating needs re: chronic health Caregiving empathic approach Strong communication skills coupled with excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple responsibilities effectively. Professional appearance for doctor's offices and therapy clients Responsibilities may include: light housekeeping tasks and basic organization; Preparing charts for the week Organization of office supplies

• Occasional errands to include drs appts​ Providing Calm therapeutic support for symptoms especially during flare ups
• training on how to best provide support will be provided in writing Occasional backup support to Administrative assistant Ideal Candidate Qualities; Caring and Nurturing Reliable and punctual Trustworthy with strong personal integrity Very Comfortable in assisting with chronic health conditions and willing to be educated on them in order to provide better care.

Observant and able to anticipate needs appropriately Cat friendly Careful safe driving required​ Good multitasking and communication skills Excellent written communication Skills Able to work independently and show initiative
