Creator Pay:

$25-$30/hour, based on personal assistant and relevant experience

Flexible; minimum 2 in-person days per week, with additional hours/days depending on the week Overview We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and highly organized Personal Assistant to support a full-time model and social media creator . This position works directly with the creator and supports both the personal and business sides of running a large social media and brand. Applicants should be fully comfortable working in the creator industry and around the production of content. The Personal Assistant will not be expected to appear in or participate in content. This is a varied, hands-on position combining traditional personal assistant responsibilities—such as calendar management, scheduling, travel coordination, errands, and task organization—with support for content production, equipment, sets, costumes, and workspaces. No two weeks will look exactly the same. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is dependable, discreet, flexible, and comfortable jumping between administrative work and hands-on tasks without needing constant direction. The position requires a minimum of two in-person workdays per week , with opportunities for additional in-person hours and some potential remote work. Weekly hours will vary depending on content production, projects, events, and travel. Duties Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, deadlines, content-related commitments, and other scheduling needs. Organize and prioritize weekly work tasks, projects, and to-do lists. Coordinate business and personal travel, including itineraries, accommodations, transportation, and scheduling. Assist with spreadsheets, data entry, record keeping, and other general administrative work. Run personal and business-related errands as needed. Maintain, organize, and perform light cleaning of the office, storage areas, filming spaces, and sets. Move, set up, break down, and organize production equipment, including lights, cameras, props, and sets. Help prepare filming spaces and equipment for social media and content shoots. Organize clothing, costumes, props, and other materials used for content production. Take clothing and costumes to laundromats, wash-and-fold services, or dry cleaners as needed. Keep production equipment, supplies, costumes, and workspaces organized and stocked. Assist with preparation and logistics for content shoots, events, meetings, and trips. Provide general behind-the-scenes support during busy production days and projects. Occasionally stay overnight in Los Angeles when productions or work schedules require it. Be available for occasional domestic and/or international travel. Handle other general personal assistant responsibilities as they arise. Qualifications Previous personal assistant, executive assistant, administrative, or similar experience preferred. Must be a self-starter who can recognize what needs to be done and take initiative. Highly reliable, punctual, organized, and detail-oriented. Must be comfortable working directly for a model Must be comfortable being around content, costumes, sets, and production environments while maintaining professionalism and discretion. Experience with Excel or similar spreadsheet software. Experience managing calendars, schedules, and general administrative tasks. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Comfortable performing both administrative and hands-on responsibilities. Able to safely lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs . Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation . Must have a valid passport and be comfortable with potential travel. Must be available to work in person at least 2 days per week . Comfortable with occasional overnight work trips to Los Angeles. Flexible availability, as hours and responsibilities may differ from week to week. Able to maintain a high level of privacy, confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism . Perks $25-$30/hour , depending on experience. Flexible scheduling for in-person work. Pay:
