Position Purpose Reporting to the Program Director for the COBRE Institute for Biomolecular Targeting (bioMT), the Dartmouth Cystic Fibrosis Research Center (DartCF), and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Research Development Program (CFF RDP), the Program Administrator will provide specialized project management support to the leadership and members of each complex multiproject grant and educational program. Description Required Qualifications Education and Yrs Exp Bachelors plus 35 years' experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

Required Qualifications Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Teamwork:

Ability to work highly effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Communication:

Demonstrated excellent writing and communication skills, with a strong ability to maintain confidentiality.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree plus 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Project Management Skills:

Proven ability to set priorities, respond to highpressure deadlines, and adapt to changing schedules and priorities.

AI & Technology Integration:

Demonstrated ability or strong aptitude to integrate artificial intelligence (AI) tools and generative technologies into daily work responsibilities to optimize administrative workflows, improve productivity, and streamline project tracking.

Knowledge Base:

Strong understanding of grant development, research administration, and compliance.

Technical Proficiency:

Proficiency with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic experience with website content management systems (CMS) and social media. Preferred Qualifications Three or more years of experience with grant preparation and management. Three or more years of direct experience developing and managing educational or training programs. Proven success working with faculty members, scientific researchers, and administrative staff in support of grants and educational programming.
