• Friday Onsite Overview Coordinates HVAC/Controls service operations, including technician scheduling, dispatch, work orders, customer communication, and project support.

Responsibilities Schedule and dispatch technicians, materials, subcontractors, and equipment Coordinate with Project Managers, Field Supervisors, Parts, and Project Administrators Generate work orders, update tracking systems, and maintain project paperwork Communicate with customers and resolve service concerns Track service requirements and generate reports Requirements Microsoft Office proficiency Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license Preferred HVAC, Temperature Controls, or Energy Management Systems experience Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
