Job Description

Retail Licensing Coordinator $21-22/hour
Location:
Westborough, MA Schedule:
Monday-Friday, approximately 9:00 AM-5:00

2 Position Summary The Retail Licensing Coordinator will support the Licensing & Compliance Team with tracking data, maintaining records, preparing licensing applications, and coordinating information across multiple departments. This role is well suited for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working in Excel, and able to manage multiple deadlines and priorities. Prior licensing experience is not required. Responsibilities Prepare and organize retail license applications and renewals Track licensing information, deadlines, and status updates using Excel and internal systems Maintain spreadsheets, databases, reports, and electronic records Review information for accuracy and completeness Perform data entry and assist with reporting and tracking projects Provide general administrative support, including filing, mailing, document preparation, and organization Communicate with state and local agencies regarding licensing documentation Coordinate with internal teams including Operations, Real Estate, Construction, Tax, Accounts Payable, and Marketing Assist with additional compliance and business operations projects as needed Manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced office environment Qualifications High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred Experience in an office, administrative, operations, retail, finance, data, or business environment is helpful Strong Microsoft Excel skills Comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, and detailed information Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time-management skills Clear written and verbal communication skills Ability to learn new systems and processes Self-motivated and dependable Positive, flexible, and team-oriented approach Relevant Backgrounds Candidates may have experience in roles such as Operations Coordinator, Project Coordinator, Data Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, Compliance Assistant, Reporting Coordinator, Sales Operations Coordinator, Accounting Assistant, Analyst, or similar business support positions. Additional Details No travel required Primarily onsite in Westborough Monday-Friday, 8-hour workday Some scheduling flexibility may be available Potential for one work-from-home day depending on business needs #TNG123
