September 23, 2026 Job Description The Shared Services Technician is responsible for promoting a high level of customer satisfaction through assistance in the planning, installation, and maintenance of Capital and O&M work. Working in a team environment this position will be responsible for assisting in design and coordination working with the Project Managers and Operations team to support new construction, maintenance, and replacement of damaged or failed Company assets. This role works with and interacts with a variety of internal and external stakeholders on building construction, and maintenance related issues. A member of a self-directed, collaborative, and interdependent team involved in the maintenance, repair, and replacement of company buildings and assets working in a team environment. Preparing budget review documents, create material lists and enter purchase orders for the department, answering contractor and customer inquiries as to maintenance repairs, construction scheduling concerns, general questions and complaints. Completes paperwork, processes numerous invoices, and ensures proper entries are made in Work Management Software. This position will assign, schedule and coordinate all repair and maintenance work of Operations team staff and fills a crucial role in the department by taking internal customer calls, coordinate and schedule maintenance and emergency repairs, and support the Facilities, Operations, and Project Managers with Capital and O&M Projects. Requirements Requires a high school diploma or GED with two years college preferred. Minimum of 3 years of related experience. Excellent oral, verbal and written communication skills, and demonstrated proficiency in computers and other office equipment. Required competency with computers (Windows XP, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, Internet Explorer) and a good knowledge of budgeting and accounts payable. Ability to coordinate multiple tasks with minimal supervision. Excellent organizational skills, follow through and detail oriented. Proven ability working with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in a fast-paced, multi-task environment with multiple demands, tight deadlines, and varied work assignments. Experience with budget administration and large project implementation preferred. Other combinations of education and/or experience maybe considered. $28.78 to $36.98 per hour Hybrid work options are available for this role. The successful candidate will be required to work at our Mission Campus at least 3 days per week including Mondays and Tuesdays with additional day(s) determined by the manager.
