Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Office Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional patient service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet and welcome patients upon arrival. Assist patient's upon check out. Manage phone systems to handle incoming calls, direct inquiries, and take messages as necessary. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date medical records. Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and collecting payments. Review faxes and incoming emails Requirements Proven experience in front desk office setting. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in data entry with a keen eye for detail. Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment is essential. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment. A positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
