Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and bilingual (Spanish/English) Medical Assistant/ Front Desk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care, adaptable, and willing to travel to multiple clinic locations throughout the week. This role requires both clinical and administrative support to ensure smooth operations and excellent patient experiences. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provide clinical and administrative support to physicians and staff. Take accurate medical histories and update patient records. Communicate clearly with Spanish-speaking patients , ensuring they fully understand treatment plans, procedures, and medications. Prepare patients for examinations and assist physicians during visits and procedures. Send referrals to other providers and coordinate follow-up as needed. Educate patients on prescribed medications, special diets, and treatment instructions. Support front desk operations when needed, including scheduling and patient check-in/out.
Schedule & Travel Requirements:
Standard hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM . This is a travel-based position ; the candidate must be willing and able to travel consistently to several locations throughout the week.
Qualifications:
Bilingual:
Fluent in Spanish and English (required). Previous experience as a Medical Assistant preferred but not required (training provided). Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide compassionate patient care. Must have reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between clinic sites.
