Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Finance Assistant to join our team! In this vital role, you will support the Chief Finance Officer of our office, ensuring smooth weekly workflows and accurate record-keeping. Your organizational skills will help maintain efficient office management, facilitate bookkeeping processes, and provide support to the CFO. This paid position offers an opportunity to develop your skills in a great work environment while contributing to the overall success of our organization. Duties Help manage finances, including invoicing, expense tracking, and refunds to ensure financial accuracy. Support clerical and administrative tasks including proofreading documents, preparing reports, and managing correspondence via Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications Qualifications Experience in office or administrative support roles with strong clerical skills. Proficiency in QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks; familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace is essential. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Strong computer literacy including data entry, typing speed, proofreading, and document formatting. Exceptional phone etiquette skills with experience handling multi-line phone systems; bilingual abilities are a plus. Previous office experience demonstrating effective time management and organizational skills. Personal assistant or calendar management experience is preferred but not required.
