Responsibilities Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges with accuracy. Greet customers warmly, provide exceptional service, and address inquiries with clear communication. Handle cash transactions confidently, including cash handling, basic math calculations, and balancing registers at shift end. Support inventory management through stock replenishment. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely. Requirements Prior experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred; supervisory experience is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs. Ability to perform retail math accurately for transactions and inventory tasks. Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
