Job Description
- Perform high-volume document printing, copying, and scanning with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support hospitality needs by keeping kitchens, conference rooms, and shared office spaces clean, organized, and client-ready.
- Assist with mail sorting, distribution, shipping, receiving, and general mailroom operations.
- Support office equipment and printer fleet needs, including basic assistance and coordination.
- Handle sensitive and confidential legal documents while meeting deadlines.
- Provide professional customer service to attorneys, paralegals, administrative staff, and visitors. Compensation and Benefits
Pay Range:
$18.00 to $21.00 per hour.Job Type:
Temp-to-Hire.Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
