DESIGNER
design and production software Adobe Illustrator Adobe Photoshop CorelDRAW Production Responsibilities Prepare artwork and production files. Manage print, cut, laminate, engraving, and UV printing workflows. Monitor production schedules and quality control. Performing routine equipment setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Assist with production when necessary to keep projects moving on schedule. Managing color consistency and production quality standards. Qualifications Required 5+ years of experience working within the sign industry. Strong understanding of sign fabrication, production, permitting, and installation. Experience project managing multiple sign projects simultaneously. Experience preparing estimates and customer proposals. Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of sign materials, manufacturing processes, and installation methods. Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and CRM/project management systems. Preferred Graphic design experience. Experience with Corebridge software. Experience using Trello for production management and workflow tracking. Experience using VerteLith RIP and FlexiDESIGNER
software. Adobe Creative Suite Proficiency. Previous supervisory or management experience. Knowledge of local sign permitting processes and sign code compliance.
