We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional hospitality and memorable dining experiences. Job Overview We are looking for a friendly and energetic Server to join our team. In this role, you'll be the face of our restaurant, providing attentive service to ensure guests enjoy their meals and overall experience. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about food and beverage service, skilled in creating a welcoming environment, and comfortable working in a lively setting. Responsibilities Greeting guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, offering recommendations when appropriate. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Focus, Aloha or Micros. Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality. Upsell menu items like cocktails, wines, or desserts to enhance guest satisfaction and sales. Process cash and credit card transactions accurately, handling cash handling and cashiering duties. Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are always followed. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area to support smooth operations. Qualifications Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred, especially in fine dining or casual settings. Knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS, Micros POS or FOCUS is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours. Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately. Experience with wine knowledge, spirits, cocktail service, and beverage upselling is desirable. Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
